Turboloft seems to be a Japanese Airline, as evident by their in-flight entertainment. In the film, some of the main characters takes a Turboloft flight to Tokyo.
The airline also appears in the Cars 2 video game, in the race "In Plane Sight." However, the airline only appears in the background, so it does not play any role the game.
